No loud music or noise after 9:00 PM — please respect our neighbours and other guests.
Children must be supervised at the pool at all times. No diving. The pool is unguarded.
Never leave the BBQ unattended while lit, and fully extinguish coals when you're done.
Smoking is not permitted inside the villas — please smoke on the patio and use the ashtrays.
Pets are not allowed on the property.
Please separate rubbish and use the bins provided; bagged waste goes to the collection point.
Lock your villa when you leave and return keys at check-out. Lost keys incur a replacement fee.
The property and owners are not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings.

Beware of monkeys — local vervets are bold and will enter open villas looking for food.
Don't leave windows or doors open when the villa is unoccupied, even for a short while.
Use the window nets provided to keep monkeys and insects out while letting the breeze in.
